To qualify, just submit an original tip on any topic related to special education issues (ie. it hasn't already appeared on this site).
Here are some example topics: learning disabilities, inclusive education, deaf education, early childhood, multiple disabilities, using assistive technology in the classroom, autism in the classroom, picture symbol communication.... you name it.
We're looking for special education teaching tips that have enough information to provide value to other teachers, homeschoolers and other education professionals - so aim for at least 250 words or so. You have a total of 10,000 characters available to use, so be generous with your explanation!
Feel free to include a photo too!
You can also review suggestions made to date and comment on anything that's already been posted. Add your own twist, tell us about your experience using the tip, or rank the usefulness of the idea offered.
There will be additional rewards given occasionally to any idea that generates a lot of interest and is deemed useful, as well as surprise bonuses for people commenting too.
